It depends on which software you are using, and what version. C-Kermit 7.0
and Kermit 95 1.1.17 have the following commands:
SET MODEM SPEAKER { ON, OFF }
SET MODEM VOLUME { HIGH, LOW, MEDIUM }
These send the appropriate commands to the modem when dialing. How or
whether they work, of course, depends on the modem.
